Between routine maintenance around the house that they provide to fixing small things that come up, they truly take pride in their home. With them living only a few blocks away, it was nice to know that they were close by if we needed anything. It was a pleasure to find them and their house and raise our son there. They really let us make it our own, which during the pandemic was really nice. The house is awesome, feels bigger than most with the basement (we used it as an office during the pandemic), and has a great outdoor space! Overall, we loved Catharine Street and highly recommend Alex and Bryan!”

Working with them was worlds better than our prior experience. The home is on such a lovely tree-lined, quaint street in Grad Hospital and was perfect for our needs. It is conveniently located close enough to center city with the perks of a quaint neighborhood. Alex and Bryan were a joy to work with - just genuinely nice people that were always so responsive and accommodating.
