The Neighborhood
Southwest Center City is located within walking distance of Rittenhouse Square and University City. We are located near numerous bus stations (7, 12, 17, 40, and 64) and Indego bike share stations. We have easy access to Route 76 and I-95, making it simple to commute outside of the city.
The neighborhood has a thriving retail atmosphere. It is home to a number of grocery stores, dry cleaners, restaurants and bars, coffee shops, gyms, salons, and daycares. We are also close to a number of public outdoor spaces.
